Calendar & Rates
The minimum length of stay and rates vary by season.
Summer rates (May to Dec) range from £1595 ($2153) to £1795 ($2424) per week.
Winter bookings (Jan, Feb, March) are monthly only at £6899 pm;. April is available from £1799 ($2428) per week or £6895 ($9308) pm.
Our rates INCLUDE ALL TAXES, CLEANING ETC. unlike most destinations that surprise you with additional costs as you are completing your booking!
Changeover is usually on a Saturday but may be negotiated with the owner directly in certain circumstances. We do ask for a security deposit of £/$250 which is fully refundable immediately after your holiday, unless damage to our unit is incurred (see T&Cs).

All reservations must be for a minimum of seven days and ideally commence Saturday to Saturday.
Notes on Pricing
Price includes Florida tax and cleaning.
To secure your booking, we require an initial payment of 25% of the total fee at the time of booking.
Final Payment and Security Deposit: The remaining balance, along with a security deposit, is due six weeks before your check-in date.
The security deposit is collected to cover any potential damages or incidentals during your stay and is fully refundable, provided there are no damages or outstanding charges upon your departure.
All payments are by bank transfer.
Please note our condo is no smoking and pet free.

Change over day is Saturday unless specially arranged.
